No deposit required, however, the client will be expected to pay for all fees incurred during their rental. Cleaning fees and damages will be assessed upon return and the client will be notified and invoiced within 1-2 days of the rental.
All costume pieces must be returned clean and free of stains and body odor. Anything returned will be assessed and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if required. For more information click here.
Costumes may not be altered to fit and must be returned in their original condition. If a costume is returned altered or damaged, fees will be charged. Costumes may NOT be cut, dyed, painted or altered without written permission from HospitalCostumesLA. Tape, iron-on bonding-web, glue or any other type of adhesives may NOT be used on costumes.
IRONING & STEAMING
Client is expected to take precaution when ironing and steaming the costumes. Costumes that have been mishandled will be considered damaged beyond repair and a replacement fee will apply.
Pick up is available for all orders in Los Angeles, however, if a pick up or return is not coordinated by the parties involved and the rental time exceeds the agreed upon rental period, the client will be charged the full daily rate for each costume per each additional day the items are not returned. Any late fees incurred must be paid when the costumes are returned.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the rental to be considered for a 50% refund. Clients that do not cancel 48 hours prior to their reservation date will not be granted a refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST COSTUME FEES
Normal wear and tear on costumes is expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur charges. Damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached garment pieces, make-up or other permanent stains or any other damage that renders the costume not rentable. It includes the cost of the supplies needed to restore the garment to its original state as well as labor costs. Major damage to costumes, including irreparable tears, or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the costume. Lost costumes will be assessed with a lost costume fee.
FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Free costume delivery all orders over $100 within the Los Angeles, CA. For reservations under $100, clients have the option to pick up at our Echo Park location or pay $15.00 for delivery. Orders outside of the thirty mile zone will be subject to a higher delivery fee. For more information click here.
IS PICK UP AVAILABLE?
Pickup is available per request at an additional $15.00.
Students will receive a 10% discount on their rentals. All clients must show a valid student ID to qualify for the student discount. Additional proof of college enrollment may be required in some cases. For more information click here.
